Monsters are made from slabs of clay, sculpted, bisque fired, underglazed and glazed, fired to cone 6 and finally luster glazed and fired again in the kiln… that’s 3 trips into the abyss of 2000 plus degrees for these monsters. They are finished with a coating of Mod Podge to give a matte finish.
