Caroline Vase*

One of a kind vase hand built from clay slabs. Sculpted elements added and then the piece is Bisque fired, coated with black underglaze, washed so the underglaze brings out the details. The piece is then coated with clear glaze on the interior and fired to cone 6. After the glaze firing the piece is painted with watercolors and sprayed with a paint fixative. Not dishwasher safe but fully functional as a vase.

Approx 7” *considered a second as I am an idiot and knocked her wing with the spray can of fixative while spraying. It is glued back on and crack is shown in detail pic… not too bad :)

Caroline is prone to day dreaming and enjoys time spent walking through the woods. Caroline is the first to don fairy wings to be a fairy princess while playing with her nieces and nephews. Caroline comes with a bird to hold and earring holes for earrings.
